The location was ideal, with easy access to tourist destinations, shops, and restaurants. The neighbors were friendly and even gave us tips on local walks for our dog. We appreciated the early check-in and the responsive owners. I would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

The property had everything we needed and wanted, with spacious rooms and modern decor. The host was very helpful and provided useful local information. We appreciated the little breakfast/tea/coffee/snack tray that was an unexpected addition.

The mattresses were a bit hard for our liking, but that is a personal preference. The second bedroom would have been more comfortable with two single beds instead of a single/pullout bed.

Our stay at Lerwick Garden Cottage was fantastic! The location on top of a hill with a view of the town was breathtaking. The size of the flat exceeded our expectations and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, with quick replies to our messages. Plus, the parking right in front of the building was very convenient.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as finding an old shirt behind the sofa and the need for better cleaning in the bathroom, these did not dampen our overall experience. The property offered great value for money and we appreciated the quiet and safe location.
